Fred Wellman is raising funds on behalf of the Unite for Veterans March

I'm Fred Wellman, a 22-year Army veteran with four combat deployments as well as former Executive Director of the Lincoln Project and host of 'On Democracy.' I am proud to be one of the organizers for the Unite for Veterans, Unite for America rally on the National Mall on June 6th.

We are gathering thousands of veterans and supporters in our nation's Capitol to let the government know we will not stand idly by while they strip our veterans hard earned benefits, fire them from their jobs, and attack the Constitution we swore an oath to uphold.

All funds are being used to pay for the overhead of the event— from setting up the stage and video screens to permits and security. We will host a diverse spectrum of the veterans community and even the Dropkick Murphy's are dropping by. Your help will make it happen.
