Harnessing the unique perspectives and leadership capabilities of veterans to protect and promote democracy
Lend Your Voice
Opposing Military Detention For Immigrants
Right To Repair
Through the Lend Your Voice campaign, veterans share their stories and first-hand perspectives, speaking out against policies that threaten the rule of law. The campaign looks to help others understand why these issues are important to our military, and to the health our democracy.
Veterans and concerned citizens across America oppose using domestic military bases for immigration detention. This campaign provides resources to learn more about where proposed and possible military detention sites are being considered, and to hear directly from veterans about the threat this poses to the rule of law, due process, and human rights.
Whether it’s an armored vehicle in the field or medical equipment in a forward hospital, if you can’t fix it, you can’t fight with it. The Chamberlain Network want to share why the veteran community sees Right to Repair as a matter of readiness, responsibility, and respect for those who serve.
Support Our Civil Servants
Asking veterans and concerned Americans to stand in solidarity and in support of our civil service — including, but not limited to, the thousands of veterans who have been fired without cause. We’re calling on the Congressional Veterans Affairs Committees to protect veterans by demanding that the Executive Branch reinstate those who were indiscriminately fired and abide by the laws and procedures set forth to protect federal employees.
The Pledge For Peace
As our democracy faces escalating threats from political violence and divisive rhetoric, it is imperative for veterans, elected officials, and Americans to unite by signing a pledge against such actions. By standing together and sharing this commitment, we send a powerful message that violence has no place in our democratic society.
Insurrection Act Video Collection
Asking veterans to record videos, stating that you expect troops to maintain their professionalism and protect Americans first. The goal of these is to elevate the voices of veterans to remind these troops of their duty to uphold the Constitution, follow lawful orders, and protect the rights of the American people; that the eyes of America’s veterans are watching. These videos will be used across social media and may also be shared with reporters or local partners.
